BUET Subject List. Bangladesh University of Engineering Technology is known as BUET. BUET is a pioneer in engineering education in Bangladesh. The history of BUET dates back to 1876 when the Dhaka Survey School was founded. Later in 1947, it became an engineering college and gained independent university status in 1962.

BUET Subject List
There are 12 Subjects available in BUET at the undergraduate level. They are increasing the subject every year. The old subjects have usually more seats and newly formed subjects have fewer. In the below table we have added the updated subject list under different Faculties.

BUET Seats Number for Undergraduate Admission
If you want to get admit yourself to the BUET undergraduate level, then another important thing is to know the seat number of the different departments. For your help, we have organized it for you. There is a total of 1275 seats for undergraduate admission in which 4 reserve seats for the minor tribes, Chittagong Hill Track Students Quota are included. The below table shows the Seat number of each department.
