The Dhaka University Cha unit admission test 1st Part (General Knowledge) was held on 17 June 2022 & 2nd Part (Figure Drawing) was held on 02 July 2022 for the academic session 2021-22. This academic year 7,357 candidates have applied for 130 seats in this unit in 1st part (General Knowledge). That means, 56 students are fighting for each seat.

As per the admission test merit list, the first 1500 candidates will be selected for the 2nd part (Figure Drawing) of the Admission Test. As per the admission prospectus, the merit list of the students will be prepared on the basis of 120 numbers. Multiple Choice (MCQ) questions and Drawing test 100 marks will be fixed and the remaining 20 marks will be multiplied by 2 in GPA obtained in SSC result (including 4th subject) and GPA obtained in HSC result (including 4th subject).

• However, both MCQ and Drawing part must get minimum 40 marks in total.
• The above conditions of admission will be equally applicable to all the candidates including quota.
• Based on the 1st part exam result, 1500 candidates will be selected for the 2nd part admission exam for 60 marks and that will be taken under the Drawing (Figure Drawing) category.

Quota candidates who passed the admission test will contact Faculty Office within 7 days. They must bring their proof of qualifications and admission admit card. Collect the required form and submit the filled-up form at the said time.

Candidates eligible for admission should submit the following documents at the time of verification of the original certificate:

• 4 copy recently taken passport size color photo
• Main mark sheet/transcript of SSC and HSC exam and two photocopies of them
• Main Certificate of SSC or equivalent exam
• Main copy and photocopy of HSC admit card
• Income report of the guardian attested by 1st class gezetted officer or concerned person
• Main copy and photocopy of Testimonials provided by the applicants’ respective School and college principals.
