The Unit is only available for those who are willing to change the group. By attending the admission test in the D Unit, a student can migrate from one group to another group. Admission Exam Center
The Admission Test will be held in 8 divisional cities including Dhaka. In other words, the admission test will be taken centrally not only in Dhaka but also at the divisional level.

DU D Unit Admission 2022- Minimum Requirements

| Science | Students must have a total point of 8.00 (with 4th subject) in SSC and HSC equivalent exams with a minimum GPA of 3.50 separately |
| Business Studies | Students must have a total point of 7.50 (with 4th subject) in SSC and HSC equivalent exams with a minimum GPA of 3.00 separately |
| Humanities | Students must have a total point of 7.50 (with 4th subject) in SSC and HSC equivalent exams with a minimum GPA of 3.00 separately Students must have Economics or Mathematics in HSC or equivalent exam. Students must have “B” grade in Economics or “A” grade in Mathematics in HSC or equivalent exam. |
Admission Test Marks Distribution
It was decided to take 60 Marks MCQ and 40 Marks written test in the GHA unit of Dhaka University Admission. Exam Duration for GHA Units will be 45 minutes for MCQ and 45 minutes for written test.

MCQ Exam: 1 mark for each question, 0.25 mark will be deducted for each wrong answer.

Merit Score & Merit List
As per the admission prospectus, applicants’ profiles will be evaluated in accordance with different parameters such as Written test Scores, and Previous Results, to select the final candidates. The written test score with GPA of the SSC and HSC or equivalent examinations will be set as 120 and will be evaluated as follows:

** Separate merit list for Science, Business Studies, and Humanities groups will be prepared based on the admission test score and the result of the SSC / equivalent and HSC / equivalent examinations.
If the merit score is equal, then the merit list will be prepared by considering the followings:
- Admission Test MCQ Score
- HSC/Equivalent exam obtained GPA with 4th subject
- SSC/Equivalent exam obtained GPA with 4th subject
- Any other method decided by the admission authority

DU GHA Unit Admission – How to Apply
Dhaka University has launched a website called admission.eis.du.ac.bd for admission application, login and all related information. Eligible candidates can apply for admission by following the below-mentioned procedure. Its noted that, applicants must submit the application before the deadline otherwise application submission will not be considered valid.
- To fill up the online application form for the DU admission test, the applicant will need SSC and HSC information, current address and mobile number, and parent’s national identity card number (optional).
- The applicant has to select any 01 of the 8 divisional cities as the admission center.
- A scanned image will be required. Image details are given below.
Image Format: jpg or jpeg, Size: 30 – 200 KB, Width: 360-540 pixel, Height: 540-720 pixel. - To send SMS, the applicant must have the mobile number of Robi, Airtel, Teletalk, or Banglalink operator.
- Admission application fee can be paid online within the stipulated time. You can use any one of the following to pay the admission fee. VISA/ Mastercard/ American Express Debit or Credit Card, Mobile Banking, Internet Banking or the Four States Bank Sonali, Janata, Agrani, and Rupali bank.

DU D Unit Admit Card Download
Without admit card, students can not sit for the exam. However, the University will publish a admit card download notice a few days before the exam. Then, applicants should download the admit card and participate in the exam properly.
DU D Unit Seat Plan
Dhaka University GHA Unit Seat plan will be available 3 days before the Admission Test. Moreover, candidates can be informed of his/her seat plan through SMS as per instructions given in Admit Card.
DU D Unit Admission Result 2022
3 separate merit list for Science, Business Studies, and Humanities groups will be published based on the admission test score and the result of the SSC / equivalent and HSC / equivalent examinations in admission.eis.du.ac.bd website by next 1 month of the Admission test. You can also download the DU D Unit Admission Merit List from our website bducation.com as well. Admission results will be available through SMS.
